It was amazing how well planned it was. Lloyd Construction got it done ahead of schedule when all was said and done, so we were very impressed with them.
Lloyd Construction renovated Clay County’s former police station into county offices and modernized its historic courthouse in South Dakota. The project included extensive concrete demolition, new private offices and employee break areas, along with the conversion of former jail cells into restrooms. Courthouse improvements updated the courtroom, judge’s chambers and jury room with accessibility upgrades, enhanced security and improved circulation. Through careful coordination and consistent communication, our team minimized disruptions to county operations and completed the project ahead of its six-month schedule.
