Plains Commerce Bank partnered with Lloyd Companies to deliver a 7,283 SF branch with a drive through window, teller desks and efficient office space. Building on our ongoing partnership and previous work together, we streamlined communication through a single point of contact, enabling clear direction and prompt change management. When excavation uncovered unexpected legacy foundations and large concrete masses, our team adjusted sequencing and coordinated solutions through weather delays to maintain momentum. In a smaller market with tight subcontractor availability, we engaged several of the bank’s preferred customers and drew on our strong trade relationships to add flexibility to the schedule. The result was a successful project delivered with transparency, responsiveness and the trust we have earned with Plains Commerce Bank.
