CHS Dining Hall

The existing dining hall built in 1981 was in need of some serious repairs and upgrades. Lloyd Companies was asked to provide budgets based on early schematic plans for multiple renovation and building addition options. Due to the original design of the building the costs for renovation were extremely high and the layout did not meet the owners programing needs. Through these discussions it was determined that a new building was the better option for meeting their program needs and that it could be completed for at a similar price point.
