From Then To Now
It all began in 1972 when a young couple, Craig and Pat Lloyd, moved to Sioux Falls, SD to manage apartments for Craig’s uncle.
In time, Craig and Pat’s dream of building their own business evolved into Lloyd Companies — a full-service real estate company with people as the foundation. The Lloyds started by extending their family values to the business knowing that growth would follow.
Craig and Pat considered their team members, vendors, investors, customers, clients and residents part of their family.
This humble approach propelled Lloyd from a sole property management company to now offer development, real estate, construction, property management and hospitality services.
Currently, we have a portfolio of more than 10,000 apartment units and many of the region’s finest developments, offices and retail centers.
We are headquartered in Sioux Falls and continue to be an industry leader with a strong presence throughout the Midwest.
