As Director of Project Development Donnie establishes and maintains positive relationships within the Black Hills and West River region to share Lloyd Companies capabilities to help communities, potential customers and organizations realize their project goals.  He works with vendors, subcontractors and design teams to assemble great teams that can work together through the design and construction process to provide the best value to their clients while striving to achieve Lloyd’s vision statement of Improving Quality Of Life.
