Sawyer Pointe phase 2 includes centerlaod apartment buildings as well as a clubhouse and pool with sundeck. The community boasts a natural, calming aesthetic through out all spaces. The clubhouse has a unique design with a community room, coffee and seating area, fitness center and leasing office. This full scope project featured a clubhouse and apartments. Lloyd served as the developer, contractor and property manager as well as the architect and interior designer.
