The Rowe on 57th is where 80’s rock meets modern bright colors and fun graphics. This project featured a mix of centerload apartments, private-entry flats and a clubhouse in the first 2 phases and a mixed-use building in the third phase. Lloyd developed, built and manages the property and Lloyd Design Group provided services including masterplanning, architectural design and interior design.
