The Lacey Village Townhomes were built at an infill location near the intersection of Sixth Street and Bahnson Avenue in northeast Sioux Falls. The project includes five eight-unit townhome buildings and one six-unit building with an enlarged community room to support youth programming. It includes a small playground with a sports court and basketball hoop.
