Tina serves as the Human Resources Director at Lloyd Companies, where she leads the full spectrum of HR functions to support the company’s ongoing growth and success. In her role, Tina is responsible for developing and executing people strategies that align with business objectives and enhance the overall employee experience. She provides strategic leadership across all areas of human resources, including talent management, employee relations, organizational development, compensation strategy, and workforce planning.

Tina collaborates closely with senior leadership, serving as a strategic HR partner to foster a culture of engagement and accountability and advance organizational effectiveness. She champions continuous improvement across HR operations and ensures compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations, mitigating risk while promoting a strong, values-driven workplace.
