Pat Lloyd

Lloyd Companies co-founder Pat Lloyd has spent a career living out her company’s mission. From a single multifamily property in 1972, Pat, her husband Craig and their team grew Sioux Falls-based Lloyd Companies into a leading regional full-service development, real estate, construction, property management and hospitality company. A licensed broker and property manager, Pat was the driving force in building Lloyd’s market-leading property management business and a passionate advocate for promoting high professional standings in fair housing and property management. Now retired, Pat continues to serve on Lloyd Companies’ board of directors and support multiple community nonprofits, including the Feisty Fighters. She co-founded and serves as board president for the organization, which supports cancer research and the needs of individuals receiving cancer treatment. Pat’s community involvement also includes service on the boards of the Greater Sioux Falls Chamber of Commerce, Sioux Falls Parks & Recreation department, Affordable Housing Management Association, Interlakes Community Action, Call to Freedom, Okoboji Community Foundation and Volunteers of America.
