Kris Saddoris joined the Lloyd Companies Board of Directors in 2024 and serves on the Investment and Compensation Committees. She brings extensive experience in real estate development, commercial real estate, and property management, with a particular focus on the Des Moines, Iowa, metro market. Kris is the owner of Saddoris Consulting and has held senior executive leadership roles throughout her career, including Vice President of Development at Hubbell Realty Company, where she oversaw a nearly $200 million annual development pipeline, and President of Conlin Properties, where she was responsible for development, property management, and association management.
She has a long history of civic and nonprofit leadership, including service as Chair of the DSM Partnership Downtown Community Economic Development Group, the State of Iowa Governor’s Economic Recovery Board, and Home Ownership Made Easy, the oldest housing nonprofit in central Iowa. She currently serves as a board member of the Panama City Beach Women’s Civic Club and as a loan committee member of the Midwest Housing Development Fund. Kris is a graduate of Iowa State University and was recognized as Commercial Real Estate Professional of the Year in 2023.
