Bruce Webb is a retired partner of RSM US LLP, formerly McGladrey LLP. Joining the accounting industry in 1970, Bruce spent his career at the same firm, holding roles of progressive responsibility in the Des Moines, Iowa, area. His positions included serving as National Director of Auditing and Independence; Executive Partner, National Professional Standards Group, where he was the final decision maker on audit and accounting issues; and Partner, National Professional Standards Group, the role from which he retired in 2016.
He is currently a retired partner and a part-time senior manager with the National Office of Risk Management. A member of the RSM US LLP Hall of Fame, Bruce also was recognized by his industry with the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts Gold Medal for Distinguished Service, and he chaired its professional ethics executive committee from 2003-2007.
Bruce joined the Lloyd Companies board of directors in 2017 and served on the board of directors for Des Moines Golf & Country Club from 2017-2019. He earned his bachelor of science in industrial administration (accounting) from Iowa State University.
