As the HR Generalist, Bailee runs new hire orientation and facilitates and leads the Buddy Program for new team members. She oversees performance management and reviews for the Lloyd team. Bailee assists with and administers FMLA and leave of absences and reviews and approves ADA requests. She provides general and employee relations support for ETS and Lloyd’s Hospitality divisions and develops and oversees the internship program.
