When Plains Commerce Bank chose a general contractor for its newest location in southeast Sioux Falls, it took some deliberation. The branch is unique, in that it shares a 3,200-square-foot building and a common lobby with Flyboy Donuts. The project, at 57th Street and Sycamore Avenue, also includes an adjacent 2,500-square-foot building that will be leased and could accommodate two tenants.
