This $26 million multifamily development in east Sioux Falls was completed in three phases, totaling about 12 acres. In all, there are 19 buildings, with styles and interior finishes that changed throughout the project to reflect new trends. The development is a combination of approximately 300 apartments and townhomes ranging from studios through three-bedroom. The community also includes an outdoor pool, indoor fitness center, community room with full kitchen and projector screen, outdoor grilling area, fire pit and a playground.
