She’s responsible for developing and negotiating the selling, leasing and marketing of commercial real estate properties for clients as a licensed South Dakota Real Estate Broker Associate. By focusing on management of marketing strategies for 100+ listings, researching real estate trends and statistics, and fostering new and expanded business opportunities, Alexis can effectively promote the Sioux Falls area and other South Dakota communities to an assortment of prospective business users. Alexis is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Retail Brokers Network (RBN).
