As General Counsel, Dan leads strategic legal initiatives that achieve Lloyd Companies’ goals. He advises senior management on strategies and implementation, manages the legal function and obtains and oversees the work of outside counsel. Dan also works on complex business transactions negotiating critical contracts and managing claims and litigation matters that may arise.

Dan enjoys working with people to help the company achieve its goals. He strives to deliver prompt, attentive and quality services to those he works with. He is especially proud of the impact Lloyd Companies has on the community.
Personal Interests
His first priority is his wife and two daughters, but he also enjoys time at the lake with family, golfing, hunting, cooking and following the South Dakota Coyotes and Nebraska Cornhuskers.
