Christie Ernst serves on the Board of Directors of Lloyd Companies and is President of Property Management. She brings deep expertise in property management, long-term asset performance, and real estate investment strategy, overseeing a multi-state portfolio of more than 11,000 apartment units and 2 million square feet of commercial space.
She serves on the Lloyd Asset Management Board, the Investment Committee, the Governance Committee, and the Family Council, contributing a long-term ownership perspective focused on asset stewardship, risk management, and alignment between operational decisions and investor returns.
In addition to her service at Lloyd, Christie is involved in family-enterprise and community organizations, including the Prairie Family Business Association, Make-A-Wish South Dakota & Montana, and the O’Gorman Foundation Board. She is a graduate of Marquette University.
