Austin focuses on tax credit projects and works to fill out applications from start to finish. He coordinates and administers the affordable housing compliance process with owners, financial lenders and syndicators through the application processes, loan/equity closing, construction closing and occupancy stabilization. He is passionate about helping rural communities in South Dakota grow and thrive by providing affordable housing options.
