Property Management Launches Resident Passport

At Lloyd Companies, we’re always looking for better ways to do what we do. This is true across every one of our six divisions and is the result of our desire to build up the communities in which we live and work. If we can tighten up our processes, provide better service, and improve our communication and efficiency, we can have a greater impact on our customers, clients, and communities.
One example of such an improvement is our Residential Property Management team’s recent rollout of our new Resident Passport system. As of the first of June, we’ve replaced our outdated resident software system with a more user-friendly program that will benefit both our residents and employees. Resident Passport is a convenient tool that can be used to review balance ledgers, manage monthly rent payments, make maintenance requests, and receive community updates. It is a robust and intuitive software system that will equip us to better serve and meet the needs our Apartment and Townhome community residents.
Our partner throughout this launch process, as well as moving forward, has become the gold standard in property management software development. We’re confident that the leadership, experience, and service that they bring to the table will have an immediate impact on our residents and put us in a position to adapt and grow as technology continues to advance.
