We have initiated new safety parameters to provide a safe working environment for our team while also doing our part to stop the spread.

Our vision is to improve quality of life in our communities and we do not take that vision lightly. We are committed to doing what is best for our team, residents and communities to keep everyone safe while continuing to provide quality service throughout this challenging time.

Are the property offices open?

All of the property offices are open, however, we request that you wear a mask while interacting with our property staff to protect both you and our staff. We also encourage you to do as many things contactless as possible. This includes paying your rent and submitting maintenance requests through your resident portal and calling or emailing your property office with any questions.

 

Am I able to schedule to tour?

Yes, we are more than happy to show you our communities at this time! We have new safety procedures in place to keep you, our communities and staff safe including social distancing. We ask that you maintain a 6-foot distance from our property staff and we encourage you to wear a mask while interacting with our property staff. We are also utilizing virtual tours so you can enjoy a tour from the comfort of home.

Are property amenities still available?

We have reopened our indoor community amenities at reduced capacity with more frequent cleaning. Our community pools, playgrounds and dog parks have also reopened following new guidelines. At this time, we are not allowing guests to utilize our community pools or fitness centers to ensure all residents have first access while these amenities are opened at a reduced capacity.

We feel it’s still in the best interest of our residents and staff to follow social gathering guidelines to reduce the risk of exposure when using these outdoor amenities. If you have any questions about amenity usage at your property, please contact your property manager.

 

If I am finding myself in a financial hardship, what should I do?

If you are in financial hardship due to Covid-19 a good place to start looking for support is by calling the Sioux Falls Helpline at 211 and asking about the One Sioux Falls Fund.

Lloyd Companies is also monitoring new assistance opportunities available in response to COVID-19 such as the economic stimulus and will send updates as we receive them.
