57th & Bahnson Rezone Information


57th and Bahnson Site Plan

Lloyd Companies has an agreement in place to purchase and develop the parcel of land to the south of the intersection of 57th Street and Bahnson Avenue. As this land is currently undeveloped, an application has been submitted to the City of Sioux Falls to rezone the property for development.

The new development includes several phases, outlined in the site plans below. A majority of the development includes multifamily apartments, but the area immediately adjacent to 57th Street includes mixed-use buildings with commercial space on the first level.
