I am responsible for the management of the company recruitment, selection and on-boarding activities, employee benefits, records management, corporate policies, employee relations, pay plans, talent management, and workers compensation and compliance. As a member of the senior staff team, I ensure our human capital needs align with our strategic initiatives.
I love working for Lloyd Companies for several reasons but the main reason being that it's a family owned business. Having the ability to interact daily with the Lloyd family and playing a role to help build a company that serves generations to come is extremely rewarding.
