Education:
Bachelor's in Business Administration/Marketing; Dakota State University.

SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources)

Role:
I am responsible for the management of the company recruitment, selection and on-boarding activities, employee benefits, records management, corporate policies, employee relations, pay plans, talent management, and workers compensation and compliance.  As a member of the senior staff team, I ensure our human capital needs align with our strategic initiatives.

Professional Passion:
I love working for Lloyd Companies for several reasons but the main reason being that it's a family owned business.  Having the ability to interact daily with the Lloyd family and playing a role to help build a company that serves generations to come is extremely rewarding.  The Lloyd's truly care about their "work family" and have built the company on values which have created a culture that makes it a special place to work.

Proudest professional moment:
Passing the SPHR exam for my certification.  Hours upon hours were spent on nights and weekends studying (for months on end). 

The best part of my job is:

That I never think of it as a job - it's just part of me and who I am!  I could not have asked for a better company, family, or group of co-workers to spend my days with.  Work hard, play hard - that's the Lloyd way and fits me perfectly!
